Youtube JackieEvanchosBest Youtube Channel remains dominant with 141k subscribers and 66,000,000 video views. (Last year: 114k subscribers and 50,000,000 views.) On YouTube there are 57 Jackie Evancho videos with over 1 million views, totalling 138 million. 34% of these, including 3 in the top ten, are post SFTSS era. As in previous years some well viewed videos have been removed, including two with over 10 million views. 2. Facebook The most active sites remain Fans Around the World (4,797 members) , Americas Sweetheart (4,278 members), Jackie Fans HispanoAmerica (10,799 likes) and JE Fans (5,888 likes). Top membership based groups have about 4,500 members each, compared with 3,500 members in 2015 and 2,000 members in 2014). 3. Custom Websites/Blogs The semi-official Proboards forum closed, and was replaced by increased membership on other proboard forums, the most popular being http://classicalcrossover.proboards.com/board/7/jackie-evancho and http://jackieevanchofans.proboards.com/. The bestofjackieontheweb.com site closed, but has been restored as a JE concert database and archive. 4. Typical membership numbers increasing eg Russia 809 (last year 700) Enthusiast sites (Netherlands, Spain, France, Denmark, JackieCentral) continue to be maintained. Jackiecentral attracted 1195774 hits (cf 1149247 hits last year) and (40497 visits (cf 38504 visits). 5. Jackie's official media: Facebook: 373k (was 322k at end pf 2015) up 16% Twitter: 74.6k followers (was 62.2) up 20% Instagram: 40.8k followers, (was 21k) up 94% Youtube: 67.5k (was 21k) up 221% 6. BandsInTown trackers: 29,102 (was 21,408) up 36% 7. Billboards End of year results 2016: Classical Albums: #27 Someday At Christmas #31 Awakening Classical Artists: #12 Jackie Evancho Billboards Classical Albums 30 December 2015: Someday At Christmas in position #1 after 8 weeks on the charts 8. Environmental Changes: Pay To Promote incentives are being increasingly pushed by Social Media companies to boost their revenue. Targeted engagement model is being introduced, following the failure of viral marketing to provide return on investment. 9. Conclusion Fan participation trend over 12 months was positive but moderate with a growth rate around 30% including a significant upturn following the Inauguration announcement. The long term impact of the Presidential Inauguration remains to be seen but is expected to be significant.
