Nine of these (21%) are dated Awakening or later. Most popular are: a. Jackie Evancho first audition Americas Got Talent full with result and comments (14 Million views); and b. Hallelujah feat. Jackie Evancho - Peter Hollens (6.1 Million views) Note that in Dec 2016, 57 videos had over 1 million views. The loss results mainly from closure of the JackieEvanchosBest Youtube Channel. 2. Facebook The most active Facebook sites remain unchanged from last year: a. Jackie Evancho World (renamed, was Jackie Fans HispanoAmerica) with 13,432 followers; b. Americas Sweetheart (6,263 members (was 4,278 last year); c. JE Fans (5,681 followers); and d. Jackie Evancho Around The World (renamed, was Jackie Evancho FansAround The World) 4,969 members. This yields a long term facebook trend: 2014 - 2,000 2015 - 3,500 2016 - 4,500 2017 - 7,600 3. Custom Websites/Blogs Proboard forums are unchanged, the most popular being http://jackieevanchofans.proboards.com/ The overseas site www.jackieevanchofans.com has closed. Longstanding sites such as JackieEvanchoAdmirer and JackieJunkiesBlog remain highly active. 4. Membership numbers on international fan sites continue to grow modestly. Jackiecentral attracted 746768 hits/40288 visits (cf 40497 last year). 5. BandsInTown trackers: 37,306 (29,102 21,408) 7. Billboards End of year results 2017: Classical Artists: #3 Jackie Evancho (was #4 in 2016) 8. Environmental Factors: Facebook remains dominant but is losing some percentage to competing platforms. (Zuckerberg acknowledges manipulation of the platform (28Dev17) for political and social engineering purposes, and has indicated significant changes for 2018. Impact remains to be seen.) Globally, the most significantly growing platform is Weixin, used almost exclusively in China. 9. Conclusion Fan participation trend over 12 months was positive but moderate with a growth rate around 30%, similar to last year. The majority of growth occurred early in the year following presidential inauguration activities, suggesting that long term growth remains stable, with the early spike now corrected.
